A client may request cancellation before work begins.
If work has already commenced, refunds may be reduced to reflect work completed.
Once a deliverable has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available.

Clients may cancel by providing 30 days written notice.
Payments already made for completed service periods are non-refundable.
Services continue during the notice period.
Stripe Payments
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Refunds approved by Brilliant Brandings will be returned using the original payment method where possible.
Exceptional Circumstances
We aim to resolve disputes fairly and professionally. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
